Ticket Types
Full Price:
Adults (16 and over)
Concessions (where available):
Children aged 2-15 years of age
and to people in receipt of the state pension.
You may be required to prove eligibility
Under 2’s:
Go free, provided they sit on the lap of a parent of guardian.
If you require a seat for an under 2, you must pay the approporiate price.
Reservations:
Where tickets are reserved payment is required within three days of the reservation being made, or 3 days prior to the event, whichever is the soonest.
Any reserved tickets not paid for within this time limit will be released
Exchanges: At the discretion of The Civic, Stourport tickets may be exchanged for difference performance of the same event.
We do not offer exchanges on tickets for different events.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any tickets unless the event is cancelled or postponed – you may purchase refund protection from Ticketsource which comes with its own agreements.
Latecomers: We aim to start all events and activities at the stated time and we cannot delay the start due to latecomers.
Whilst we accept that there may be reasons for your late arrival at the venue that are beyond your control we have to be aware that admitting you after the event has started may disrupt the audience and performers.
Depending on the event you may be asked to wait until a suitable break in the production so as to minimise disruption. If there is a suitable point for you to enter the auditorium the Front of House team will let you in, but you will directed to the nearest available empty seats so as to not disrupt the performance/event further. You will be able to take the seats you have paid for at the interval.
If the production does not allow for latecomers to be allowed entry – we have to follow that instruction as it will be part of the contract/agreement we have with the performer/company.
In this instance no refunds will be given.
However if there are multiple shows for the same production/event we may be able to exchange your ticket if there are spaces.
For most events The Bar closes five minutes before the show starts and will not be open during the performance.
The civic stourport
