If you have been to event at The Civic, Stourport you have probably been asked to complete a post-event survey after the event by email (or at least at events we have organised).
This blog highlights how we use these surveys to measure satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and gain insights into your preferences.
They can help us make informed decisions to enhance our products, services, or experiences, and help us secure funding for projects.
At The Civic, Stourport, we’re always looking for ways to make your experience even better. That’s where post-event surveys come in!
These quick little surveys help us understand what you loved, what you didn’t, and how we can improve things for next time.
.
We’re not perfect, and we know it.
Post-event surveys help us spot any hiccups so we can fix them. Whether it’s a long queue for drinks or a sound system that’s a bit too loud, your feedback is super helpful and does have an impact!
As an example, recent replies to the survey have identified that we need to look at getting you into the building, served at the bar, and into your seat quicker and so we are working on some possible solutions.
.
We’re always trying to get better.
By comparing survey results over time, we can see if our changes are making a difference, and assess the effectiveness of our improvements and identify areas where further action is needed.
This information helps us make informed decisions about improvements to our facilities, services, and overall operations.
It’s like a progress report for what we do!
.
By checking out your answers, we get a better idea of who’s coming to our events and the impact we have on the local area. This knowledge enables us to tailor our offerings and events to better cater to the needs and interests of our patrons. It also allows us to talk to other organisations such as funding bodies about bigger projects and ideas.
.
The way the survey is designed also allows us us to look at a couple of other areas.
This knowledge enables us to understand how people see our adverts and promotions, how you travel to the venue, if you go anywhere else before or after the event, and if you have come from outside of the local area. All this allows us to look beyond what we do at the venue to help you enjoy your night.
For example, this year we added a question asking about how much you spend on top of the ticket price – this helps us to look at the total cost of attending a night at The Civic and can help us have conversations with people that could help lower those costs – such as being able to have a conversation with Councillors about car parking fees and times!
.
Hopefully you can see that we really value your thoughts.
So, please take a few minutes to fill out our Civic, Stourport post-event survey.
We send them to the email address that the tickets were booked with on Ticketsource and usually the day after the event took place (or within a few days if on the weekend).
Your feedback helps us make our events, your venue, and your experience even better.
