Accessibility

We welcome people with disabilities and are committed to ensuring that your visit is easy, enjoyable and as straightforward as we can make it.

Upon entry we have level access throughout the building, with double width doors and an adapted toilet along the main corridor.

When events are fully seated we have wheelchair/pushchair spaces available in the main auditorium. These are situated at the sides of the flat seating areas, and the row in front of the rake seating, on the aisle. If you require a wheelchair or pushchair space please let us know when booking so that we can help you as much as possible.

Please be aware some events are unallocated or cabaret seating. We will endeavour to help you find somewhere where you will feel comfortable and safe sitting.

The main car park at the front of the venue is not owned by The Civic, Stourport and we are only permitted to use it after 5:30pm on Weekdays, and from 2pm on Saturdays.
There are a small number of yellow marked disabled parking bays on this car park, and we are not allowed to reserve these.  There are more spaces available on the public car parks around the venue (free after 6:30pm).

We aim to continually improve our facility so if you have any suggestions that would help us to improve your visit please let us know.
